The brain and heart connection is one that has been studied and explored for centuries. This connection is based on the notion that the heart and brain are intimately connected and influence each other in a multitude of ways. The heart has been found to be able to send signals to the brain, while the brain is able to send signals to the heart. This connection can affect physical and mental health, as well as the emotional and spiritual states of individuals. It is thought that the heart and brain work together to help regulate the body’s responses to stress, as well as provide an emotional balance. The two are intertwined and each affects the other in some way, creating a powerful connection between the two.
These days, the new renaissance of psychedelic therapies and their current research are showing that opening our hearts has the potential to heal depression, PTSD, and more. Thanks to Dr. Joe Dispenza’s research, we are able to see brain scans of how brain & heart coherence can generate more energy in the brain than we ever thought possible, resulting in miraculous healing. Furthermore, aligning our thoughts and emotions is the key element to manifesting infinite potential into reality, otherwise known as creating with the quantum field.
Often times to achieve this level of brain & heart coherence, we have to maintain a disciplined meditation & breathwork practice. And yet, meditation is not for everyone. And breathwork, as the name indicates, takes “work”.
