The Next AWAKEN Holistic Expo is July 18-19, 2026

Now inside the Montgomery Mall

Sat 11am-7pm | Sun 11am-5pm

Join us every March, July, and Nov

Once approved, a $50 non-refundable deposit will reserve your space.

Balance due 30 days prior to expo (or make payments)

Vendor Spaces: $100-$330

10′ x 5′ (promos, no sales), 10′ x 8′, 10′ x 10′ (limited), and 10′ x 16′ (double10x8) spaces.
Rent tables and chairs (limited) or bring your own.

We can accomodate up to 90 vendors and estimate 600-800 attendees.

You may request a specific spot, but it is not guaranteed, as we balance out healers, readers, and products. Final floor plan may change.

*Reminder*

You must bring TABLE COVERS
and LEAVE with your own TRASH (bring a trash can if needed)
The public trash will be full enough from attendees, we are asked to clean up after ourselves.

Schedule

Saturday

Set-up begins at 7:30am.
We have student volunteers to help you move your stuff inside the mall.

  • Have everything UNLOADED by 10am
    You will have till 11am to set-up your space.
  • The mall closes at 8pm, but we’ll end at 7pm.

When Unloading:

  • Pull your car up to the loading dock
  • Unload your car quickly
  • Move your car to a parking space BEFORE setting up your booth

Overnight

  • Any VALUABLES can be stored in the Workshop Spce and will be locked overnight.
  • Your table, chairs, and other items can stay at your space.
  • Security will be walking the mall, however shoppers and mall employees are around until 8pm or later so neither the mall nor AWAKEN can be responsible for your items overnight if left at the table.

Sunday

  • Set-up begins at 9 am.
    (contact Greg if you need to set-up earlier)
  • The Expo begins 11am.
  • The mall closes at 6:00pm, vendors can pack up at 5pm.
