Athena is a contemporary shamanic practitioner, one who walks between the Spirit and earth realms on your behalf and on behalf of the greater Good. 

Shamanic Spirit Therapy Session: Intuitive readings and guided meditative journey. May include (and you may request) any of the following: Spiritual Counsel, Chakra / Energy Healing & Balancing, Soul Retrieval, Cord Releasing and/or Past Life Therapy Regression

She infuses lightness into her mission of supporting you through some of life’s heaviest and darkest transitions and bringing you closer to full alignment and true embodiment of your Self through her writing, private client work, group sessions, workshops and trainings. As a medium and intermediary, Athena works to connect us with many of our helpers from the Spirit realms, angels, guides, masters and our own Higher Self. 

Athena is a mother, writer, teacher and practicing shaman in the quaint beach town of Lewes, Delaware who enjoys mothering, playing, dancing, laughing and being with nature.
