Guided Compassion Exercise – A simple and profound practice from the Avatar® Course, offered to increase the amount of compassion in the world. Visitors can experience it one-on-one or with gentle guidance. It’s a powerful reminder of our shared humanity. Free compassion cards will be available for people to take home and continue the exercise on their own.

The Avatar® Mini-Courses are a unique opportunity to see and feel how empowering and easy the Avatar exercises really are. This experience invites participants to explore a few of the foundational Avatar tools and discover new insights about life and how they live it.
