As a Shaman, Reiki Master, and Medium, Erica will utilize external energies (lived experiences and the 5 elements of nature) along with channeling internal energies (intention, thought, and emotions) to assist in the freedom from unhealthy conditioning and attachments, resulting in peace and joy. We all have life force energy flowing through our bodies. Reiki practitioners guide their hands just above or on the client’s body with the intention of promoting healing by using and creating a healthy flow of energy.
