Lola’s creates a warm and welcoming space where healing for the mind, body and can begin. Her energy work is designed to support greater balance, emotional well-being and inner peace. Our sessions help people slow down, release stress and reconnect with themselves, while also offering gentle support for pets who may be experiencing anxiety, discomfort or emotional imbalance. I believe healing is not just for people but for the entire family including the animals we love.

Whether you’re brand new or simply curious, this is a welcoming space to explore at your own pace.
