A Certified Reiki Master/Teacher and Animal Reiki Practioner that is passionate about helping both people and animals feel their best. Lola’s creates a warm and welcoming space where healing for the mind, body and can begin. Her energy work is designed to support greater balance, emotional well-being and inner peace. Our sessions help people slow down, release stress and reconnect with themselves, while also offering gentle support for pets who may be experiencing anxiety, discomfort or emotional imbalance. I believe healing is not just for people but for the entire family including the animals we love.

This heart-centered, beginner-friendly class is a gentle introduction to working with rune energy as a tool for insight, guidance, and spiritual connection. Whether you’re brand new or simply curious, this is a welcoming space to explore at your own pace.
In this class, you’ll:

– Explore the meanings of the Elder Futhark symbols
– Begin connecting with rune energy in an intuitive, personal way
– Practice simple rune pulls and beginner spreads
– Receive guidance on how to cleanse, charge, and work with your runes
